ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: TWIN HILLS GOLD MINE SITE (12 – 16 MONTHS FIXED-TERM)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join the Twin Hills Gold Project team. The successful candidate will oversee the construction and installation of all electrical and instrumentation equipment, ensuring work is executed to the highest technical, safety, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate contractors effectively on a dynamic mining construction site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise contractors on all electrical and instrumentation installations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Inspect equipment prior to installation, resolve technical queries, and advise on design or scope changes where required

• Monitor progress against project plans and budget as well as reporting deficiencies and non-conformance issues

• Ensure all testing and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time

• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, participating in toolbox meetings and maintaining a safe work environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification

• 8-10 years’ onsite experience, preferably in minerals processing plant construction or related industries

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead discipline-focused teams

• Strong knowledge of project management systems, technical procedures, and safety standards (OSHAct, Mining Health & Safety Act)

• Computer literacy (MS Office and relevant systems)

• Valid driver’s license and medical fitness for site work

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project schedules require
