POSITION: IT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Lead and manage the IT department, including support staff and vendors.

• Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, networks, POS systems, in-store hardware, etc.).

• Manage IT support for head office and retail locations, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity across all operations.

• Collaborate with operations, marketing teams to implement tech solutions that improve customer experience and business efficiency.

• Manage and maintain ERP systems, CRM, and inventory management platforms.

• Plan and manage IT budgets, contracts, and procurement of hardware/software.

• Lead technology-driven initiatives such as digital transformation, automation, and analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 11+ years of IT experience.

• Retail industry experience, especially with POS and retail management systems.

• Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and cloud-based solutions.

• Experience with ERP & CRM platforms is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Full Driving license with flexibility to travel nationwide
