The Kombat Mine Project has the following operation-restart project opportunities, based in Kombat.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER

• Reporting to Manager: Human Resources and be accountable for providing a one-stop shop HR services spanning across the entire employee cycle by building strong and
  trusting relationships with management, staff and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial psychology or similar field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or Managerial role in the industrial environment.

• Sound knowledge of the relevant labour legislation in Namibia.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• A positive attitude and ability to influence others positively.

• Computer literate (MS Office package), with knowledge of HR systems.
