Weighbridge Operating Clerk
Candidate will be responsible for operating the weighbridge, ensuring accurate recording of vehicle weights, and
maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge efficiently and in line with safety protocols.

• Record accurate vehicle weight data for incoming and outgoing loads.

• Issue weight tickets and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

• Verify delivery notes, invoices, and driver information.

• Maintain daily weighbridge records and generate reports as required.

• Monitor compliance with legal and safety requirements.

• Assist drivers and always provide excellent customer service.

• Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to logistics and dispatch.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience as a weighbridge clerk/operator will be an advantage.

• Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and weighbridge software systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• A strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
