SMPP – Construction Workers

Minimum Requirements:

* Previous experience on an SMPP or construction site
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work under pressure.
* Namibian citizen
* Fluency in English a prerequisite
* Strong awareness of safety and teamwork

Responsibilities:

* Assist artisans (boilermakers, fitters, welders) with SMPP related tasks
* Carry move and position steel components, piping and tools
* Support during pipeline routing and structural steelwork
* Use basic hand tools
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
* Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
