The successful incumbent will be based in Gobabis and report to the Branch Manager.
Principal Accountabilities:
Planning and forecasting of stock
Ordering of stock as per reordering schedule, or special circumstances/ requests
Managing price changes
Offering product advice to customers and staff members
Management of promotions and specials
All related administration of stock (e.g. GOB process, correct prices, transport costs and mark-ups)
Creating quotations / orders as per customer requests
Proactively assists in the management of stock losses
Conducts and assists in cycle counts
Qualifications & Attributes:
Namibian citizenship
A Grade 12 Certificate
Minimum of 5 years retail related experience
A valid driver’s license
Proficiency in English
Must be computer literate (MS Office package with specific regard to MS Excel)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
