QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

⦁ Grade 12, with Accounting and Mathematics
⦁ Two (2) years appropriate experience in the field of Creditorsof which one (1) year in supervisory capacity.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES)

⦁ A sound working knowledge of Financial Accounting Information Systems.
⦁ Communication skills, organisation and interpersonal skills.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

⦁ Procurement & Stock Control & Budgeting
⦁ Assist with daily reconciliation of votes and bank accounts
⦁ Assist with the compilation of the monthly management reports on finances
⦁ Responsible for effective Credit Control
⦁ Preparing of Debtors’ Accounts, billing of customers.
⦁ Ensure daily reports are printed and balance with cash
⦁ Supervise staff and ensure results are achieved.
⦁ Check readings of water & electricity are taken and entered correctly
⦁ Procurement, handles order book and Stock Control
⦁ Preparation of payment vouchers, assist with budgeting
⦁ Updating of commitment register: Budget Control
⦁ Decentralized Build Together Administration
