The Challenge:

The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Manager plays a vital role in the efficient management and coordination of the control functions of the supply chain section to optimize investment in stock requirements. The incumbent will be responsible to make optimum use of the section’s skills and resources ensuring an excellent cost-effective service which makes a significant contribution toward the fulfilment of Namdeb’s objectives.

Minimum Requirements for the Position: 

• Degree in Materials Management / Logistics / Purchasing or any appropriate degree linked to the relevant experience.
• Five (5) years of Supply Chain management experience as an Inventory Controller in a
• mining environment or major material handling operation.
• Code 08 Driver’s License.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Ms Word, Excel, Ms PowerPoint).
• Exposure to accounting and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, MM, MRP).
• Leadership exposure (added advantage).
