Are you an educator looking to join a dynamic team at a rapidly growing school in southern Namibia?

Roots Gymnasium, Private School in Stampriet was established in 2021 and currently has 170 students between the ages of 4 and 17.

In 2024, we will have our first Grade 11 students.

We are looking for senior primary and high school teachers to join our team.

Skills & Requirements:

• An appropriate professional teaching qualification from a recognised institution (university degree and professional qualification).
• Relevant teaching experience.
• Knowledgeable and intellectually inquisitive with the drive passion for developing and caring for children.
• An open and creative outlook on education.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
  Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (with pupils, staff, and parents).
