Assets Coordinator
Duty Station: Walvis Bay
Closing date: 9 August 2023
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration (or a relevant field) or Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in asset management. fleet coordination, logistics, or related field.
- Industry knowledge, especially in waste management and asset types is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for informed decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills for efficient asset record management.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with too management and senior executives
- Purchase and maintain vehicles for collections and operations
- Ensure strict servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Run and analyze inventories of assets and fleet vehicles.
