Job description:

Electrical Engineering student intern- Electric Bicycle Micro Factory and Electric Two-Wheeler Mobility Course

Location: Windhoek, Katutura, Jacob Marenga Tutorial College (JMTC)

Duration: 3-6 months

Job Summary:

As an Electrical Engineer student intern at EBIKES4AFRICA, you will have an unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in building E-Bikes/E-Cargo Bikes. Additionally, you will also be enrolled in a comprehensive Electronic Two-Wheeler Mobility Course made for interns.

Responsibilities:

2. Prototyping and Testing
3. Documentation and Reporting
4. Research and Analysis
5. Collaboration and Networking
6. Manufacturing support

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Electrical engineering or a related field (B.Eng/B.Tech Bsc)
2. A keen interest in electric mobility, sustainable transportation and electrical system design.
3. Basic knowledge of electrical components, circuits and systems.
4. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
5. Familiarity with software tools for circuit and system design and simulation is a plus (e.g Proteus, PSyst etc)
