Ecotech Head Office in Windhoek – with regular client visits throughout Namibia

Minimum Qualification Criteria

• Mechanical qualification or a relevant field of study.
  Or proven work experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in the industrial sector and valves domain.
• Strong technical knowledge of valves and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their technical requirements and objectives.
• Assess the diverse range of products or solutions available within our portfolio.
• Match customer requirements with the most suitable products or solutions, considering factors such as compatibility, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and industry standards.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, effectively communicating the benefits and value of the recommended solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into customer environments.
