Job Grade: Patterson A Lower Band

Purpose
Picking of goods according to picking slips supplied by Sales Consultants.

Requirements

⦁ Grade 12
⦁ One (1) year experience as a picker
⦁ Electrical product knowledge would serve as an added advantage
⦁ Excellent communication & customer service skills
⦁ Accuracy & attention to detail coupled with excellent numerical skills
⦁ Integrity and honesty
⦁ Good communication and Interpersonal skills
⦁ Highly self-starter and team player

Key Result Areas

⦁ Picking of stock according to picking slips received from sales consultants
⦁ Mark and pack stock ready for collection
⦁ Assist Customers in store and with picking and locating of stock
⦁ Assist customers with picking and locating of stock
⦁ Provide excellent customer service

Personal

⦁ General Warehouse duties if store Is quiet
⦁ Partake In stock takes
⦁ Assist with cycle counts when assigned
⦁ Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
