Duties & Responsibilities

⦁ Creation, scoping. maintaining project plans and templates.
⦁ Managing client expectations, maintaining project timelines and deadlines
⦁ Steering internal and external meetings with project governance
⦁ Ability to manage small to large-scale company projects
⦁ Ability to manage project risk and mitigation plans
⦁ Creation of reports for stakeholder meetings and be able to communicate with vision.
⦁ Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects within the business
⦁ Apply end-to-end practices to ensure the success of a project.
⦁ Creation of Project packs and presentations
⦁ Spotting any Project / Transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.

Desired Experience & Qualification

⦁ Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering
⦁ Operation Manager Experience – Minimum 5 years
⦁ Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a Project Manager Role in the mining sector
