The Namibian Competition Commission (NaCC) seeks the services of suitably qualified, experienced &. competent person to join its workforce in the following positions:
SENIOR ANALYST: LEGAL (MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS)
(DI -PATERSON GRADING) XI
Job purpose:
Reporting to the Director: Mergers & Acquisitions, this is a specialist position responsible to assist the Commission in the performance of its core functions set out in Chapter 4 of the Namibian Competition Act (i.e. Merger Regulation).
