We are looking for a reliable, organized, and driven individual, who is not only at home when working with figures, but also while interacting with others. Whether that is through staff delegations, external customer relations, or international supplier communications.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

⦁ Preferably a Namibian Citizen
⦁ Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
⦁ The ability to work with people from different backgrounds and seniority levels
⦁ Ability to work under pressure, committing to and keeping strict deadlines
⦁ Ability to learn end solve problems, both logistical as well as through tools such as MS Excel
⦁ Excellent command of the English language (spoken, read, and written) is a must. Garman is an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

⦁ Sourcing of and purchasing products nationally and internationally
⦁ Managing logistics of Importing products, Including coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers
⦁ Managing distribution processes of local bulk products
⦁ Management of sales, stock control, the warehouse, and staff. Abll tty to work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor / Sales Manager
⦁ Managing the financial aspects of the business. Ensuring profitability through effective cost management and pricing strategies
⦁ Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, including identifying new product lines and markets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

⦁ Business-related degree or diploma OR at least 3 years1 experience In retail or wholesale business
⦁ Proven experience In the different aspects of the key requirements of the position will be a distinct
advantage
⦁ Excellent MS Excel knowledge
This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Saturday.
