Description of Duties:

1. Developing, implementing, and overseeing company ESHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Conduct regular ESHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, or violations and take corrective action to address them.
3. Managing environmental programs, such as waste management, air quality, and water conservation.
4. Developing and delivering ESHS training programs for employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely and sustainably.
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
6. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, contractors, and government officials, to identify and address ESHS concerns.
7. Developing and maintaining an emergency response plan for potential incidents.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, occupational safety and health, or a related field.
2. Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
3. At least five years of experience in environmental, safety, or health-related fields.
4. Knowledge of relevant regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate ESHS policies and procedures to employees, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
6. Strong leadership and management skills to oversee ESHS programs and initiatives.
7. A commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, including the ability to develop and implement sustainability programs within the organization.
8. To obey the command of the superior, have no bad habits, no criminal record, and have a good sense of safety and quality.
