1 x Grader Operator:Final Level

Key Performance Areas

⦁ Maintain a clean and safe work area.
⦁ Lead and supervise the members of his road construction team.
⦁ Operate a motor grader safely and efficiently.
⦁ Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
⦁ Work in all weather conditions.
⦁ Perform level checks to ensure conformity.
⦁ Follow the instructions of his supervisor.
⦁ Commence and complete a work section daily at a minimum production rate of 60m3/hr.
⦁ Cut levels to within 10mm accuracy.
⦁ Cut and shape embankments to the required slopes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent.
⦁ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
⦁ 10+ Years experience operating a motor grader, with at least 3 years as a final-level grader operator.
⦁ Working knowledge of safety standards.
⦁ Physical strength, stamina, and dexterity to operate heavy machinery.
