We are seeking a Senior Project Manager: Operations for our client in the Telecommunications Industry to take responsibility for the following:

Customer Service, 1st & 2nd line support, Billing queries, New Services requests, Reacitve sales.
Project Delivery, Equipment, Logistics, Service Partner field works, Ad hoc installations
Business Operations, Stock management, Monthly billing, In-country business matters

REQUIREMENTS

An applicable relevant qualification
10 years of relevant technical experience in telecommunications
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
Strong relationships and communication skills.
Wide professional network in Namibia.
In possession of a valid driver’s License
