General Description of Duties:
1. Supervising and managing all construction activities within the branch
2. Managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed within budget
3. Coordinating with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met Hiring, training, and managing staff, including laborers, supervisors, and project managers.
5. Maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
6. Developing and Implementing strategies to Increase business growth and profitability
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Chinese staff, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
4. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project. Primavera, or Procore.
5. Be able to speak Chinese and English well.
