PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Human Resource Manager provides Human Resource (HR) leadership to the NDTC through the development, monitoring, and implementation of a fit-for-purpose Human Resource Strategy, in a processing organization. The job holder will provide support to the business by developing appropriate HR business plans aligned to the Company’s overall strategy, policies, procedures, systems, and practices geared towards promoting a conducive environment that will attract, develop, motivate, reward, and retain suitably qualified employees to ensure that NDTC has the capacity to achieve its organizational and business objectives and meet shareholder and customer expectations, activities, ensuring adherence to Group standards, policies and procedures.
