POSITION: SAP ANALYST (ALL MODULES)
DUTY STATION: HEAD OFFICE – OTJIWARONGO
PATTERSON GRADE: C3

PURPOSE

To optimize our business processes by integrating customized SAP solutions, analyzing our
business processes, collaborating with management on SAP integration, and overseeing the
implementation of our SAP solutions. The incumbent reports directly to the Manager:
Corporate Services.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:
• Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP-integrated platform.
• Configuring SAP solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced
functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Documenting SAP business processes and preparing progress reports.
• Developing SAP end-user training manuals.
• Providing SAP end-user training and support.
• Assessing business needs through business process analysis, collaboration, and
observation.
• Determining how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business
processes.
• Evaluating IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective
improvements.
• Collaborating with the ICT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.
• Directing system testing and validation procedures.
• Coordinating and validating SAP projects and services rendered by external service
providers and reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
• Preparing and presenting work plan progress at departmental meetings.
• Complying with CENORED regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Computing, Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Software Development, Management Information Systems
• SAP certification in any module will be added advantage.
• Proven experience in ABAP programming language will be added advantage.
• One-year experience in a relevant SAP environment.
• Solid knowledge of SAP business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
• Superb training, collaboration and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced ability to manage projects and provide leadership.
• Code B driver’s license.
