Maintenance Supervisor
L1C Pool Center Namibia is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for its Maintenance Department in
Windhoek. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Summary of Main Responsibilities:

⦁ Inspections on pools, ponds and water features-related products.
⦁ Full analysis of clients whole system and detail reporting.
⦁ Excellent, efficient and prompt service delivery.
⦁ Managing all maintenance assistants.
⦁ Project and Time management.
⦁ Multitasking and running and organising multiple sites at once.
⦁ Neat, organized and keeping to appointments and promises.
⦁ Under promise and over deliver.
⦁ Excellent communication with Management, Clients and faithful on feedback.
⦁ A brand ambassador for LIC Pool Centre.
⦁ Safekeeping and responsible for tools; material and stock used on sites.

Requirements:

⦁ At least 3 years of technical experience in Plumbing and the Pool & Water industry.
⦁ Good organizer, problem solver, Integrity and can work independently with initiative.
⦁ Can work at a fast pace under pressure with problem-solving skills.
⦁ Build partnership and trust with clients. Management Skills.
⦁ Experience in water systems and construction.

Qualifications & Experience:

⦁ B-Tech, Plumbing or similar qualification.
⦁ Must have experience and knowledge in Plumbing products and water systems.
⦁ Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Management.
⦁ Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
