Responsible for administering, including calculations, salary payment, and registration on Social Security, deductions for pension, medical aid, and staff loans. Assists in the preparation of statutory returns such as PAYE, Social Security & Workmen’s Compensations.
You will be required to ensure that
Effective payroll administration
Salaries are correctly paid every month
Submit monthly schedule 3rd party payments
Verify and check payroll general ledger queries
Payroll queries are handled effectively
File payroll information
Qualifications and Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
With at least 4 years of relevant experience
Computer Literacy with experience in VIP will be an added advantage
