Duty Description
Position: Client Services Consultant
Department: Operations
Station: Oshakati
Reports to: Senior Administrator
Purpose of the Job:
To provide support, information, and problem-solving services to clients.
Key Performance Areas:
Deal with complaints of members/pensioners’ dependents
Provide general information services
Ensure that client complaints are handled and effective feedback is established
Provide documentation assistance services
Pre-verity claims/documents received and transit for further processing
Receive and register documents
Provide client after-care service
Assist various units doing processing work such as annuities, death claims, etc.
Perform data updates
Biometrics enrolments and verification
Member education and data integrity.

Job-related qualifications and experience
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or Marketing from a recognized Institution.
Three (3) years experience working experience in a Retirement Fund Industry of which one (1) year is in a client services role.
The incumbent should have the following knowledge, skills, and Attributes:

Pension fund rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; Records Management; Fraudulent documents; different cultures and languages.

Computer literacy; administration skills; filling; interpersonal skills; listening, verbal communication; problem-solving; checking and verification, numeric, prioritizing query resolution, and customer user service
