Zannier Hotels Omaanda has the following position to be filled — ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK (Suitable candidate to start ASAP)
Located in the East of Windhoek, Zannier Hotels Omaanda is a luxurious 10-hut lodge overlooking the savannah.

MAIN MISSIONS
⦁ Preparing month-end payments for lodges Omaanda and Sonop.
⦁ Reconciling statements for lodges Omaanda and Sonop.
⦁ Processing of invoices for lodges Omaanda and Sonop.
⦁ Preparing NTB, VAT and submitting on time.
⦁ Be flexible and willing to assist in any areas where needed (stock taking/ordering/receiving of stock).

REQUIRED EDUCATION
& PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
⦁ Diploma in Accounting
⦁ Two to Three years experience in accounts receivable
⦁ Knowledge in Sage 300 and Opera booking system will be an advantage.
One Year experience in a Hotel environment.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES
⦁ Must have basic Outlook and Excel knowledge.
⦁ Open-minded and a self-thinker.
⦁ Good command in verbal and written English and Afrikaans.
⦁ Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relation skills
