ADMINISTRATOR: LOGISTICS FLEET
DISTRIBUTION – LOGISTICS

mentioned position at Windhoek.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Assist in the administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet of trucks.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicles and giving feedback to the manager
• Ensure daily inspections on vehicles are done
• Tracking and monitoring the company’s fleet
• Provide weekly feedback to Manager
• Comply with monthly reports
• Debriefing drivers when back from a trip
• Administration of the logistic fleet system
• General Administration duties
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
• Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 3 years of relevant experience in a Distribution environment.
OR
5 Years of relevant experience in a Distribution environment
OTHER
• Code B Drivers license
• Namibian citizen.
• Proficient in written & spoken English and Afrikaans
