Duty Description
Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving the necessary requirements and outputs
Provide excellent service to our critical supporting doctors in the hospital
Comply with operational excellence by adhering to the schedule and meeting all call center metrics
Assist peripheral sites with telephonic queries, conveying Meditech results, and printing cumulative results forwards when needed
Develop and maintain customer and supporter relationships
Work closely with technical and administrative teams on the site.
Comply with Quality Management Systems
Duty Requirement(s)
Grade 12 certificate with Science subjects especially Biology
Proficiency in literacy, writing, and numeracy in English and Afrikaans
Computer literate
Special Requirement(s)
Advanced knowledge of Meditech including results lookup, printing & emailing, login and result sending, will be advantageous.
