PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
CSI & Sponsorship Management
– Be pro-active in identifying potential CSI
& sponsorship opportunities
– Manage all incoming CSI and
sponsorship requests by receiving and
processing it in alignment with Agra’s
CSI & Sponsorship policy and guidelines
– Assist with annual budget
forecasting and planning during
budget period
Auctions Sponsorship Management
– Coordinate the sponsorships of
Auction’s events
– Overall project management of the
Weaner Championship Series.
Branding Management
– Identify most suitable branding and
propose for approval
– Ensure that all CSI & sponsored events
are professionally and optimally
branded
Financial and Budget Administration
– Be familiar with the annual CSI &
sponsorship and branding budgets.
– Ensure on-time payment of approved
CSI and sponsorship initiatives
Compile detailed monthly and quarterly
financial reports
– Pro-actively manage deviations from the
annual CSI & sponsorship budget.
– Be actively involved with the annual
budgeting for the next financial year
Stakeholder Engagement
– Identify Agra`s stakeholders and build a
stakeholder map
– Responsible for building, supporting
and sustaining positive and productive
relationships with identified
stakeholders
– Develop and implement a strategy for
collaboration and communication with
key stakeholders
– Organise various stakeholder
engagement initiatives in support of the
stakeholder engagement strategy
Written Communication
– Compile a report on annual social
initiatives, including the Integrated
Report and internal staff newsletter
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
•Namibian citizenship
•A relevant tertiary qualification in
Marketing or similar
• Minimum three years’ experience in a
related field/ similar environment (e.g.
marketing, communications, or public
relations)
•Relevant professional registration will
serve as a distinct advantage
•Computer literate and familiar with all MS
Office applications
•Excellent spoken and written
communication skills in English
•Strong organizational, planning and project
and event-management
•Be reliable, proactive and committed
•Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
• Must be willing & able to travel
