LODGE SUPERVISOR
LIMITED DURATION CONTRACT (4 MONTHS)

Minimum Requirements:
⦁ 4* years’ supervisory or management experience in hospitality industry
⦁ Computer literate (Knowledge of innkeeper essential)
⦁ Knowledge of stock controlling procedures
⦁ Grade 12 (Relevant qualification from an accredited institute in tourism or management will be advantageous)
⦁ Fluent in English with strong written £ verbal communication skills
⦁ Strong leadership skills and the ability to assist and coordinate various department operations
⦁ Valid Code C (1) Drivers license & PDP
⦁ Namibian Citizen or Permanent Resident
⦁ Willing to live in the desert and work early/late shifts and extended hours as required
