Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the section Chef
Assist in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
Ensure that standards of food quality and presentation are met at all times
Reduce wastage and controlling costs
Ensure that a courteous and efficient service is provided to the guest in line with the Company’s vision

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Certificate will be verified)
Tertiary Education will be an advantage
Fluent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Minimum of 3 year previous experience in a similar position
Able to work Shifts, Monday – Sunday
