⦁ Training
⦁ Performance Management
⦁ Overseeing staff remuneration and benefits
⦁ Overseeing general staff welfare
⦁ Responsible for compiling of compulsory HR reports

Requirements:
⦁ Relevant Tertiary HR qualification
⦁ 5 years HR management experience
⦁ Training facilitation skills
⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills
⦁ Good planning, administrative and organising skills
⦁ Fluency in Afrikaans and English
⦁ Computer literate
⦁ Code BE Driver’s license
