RETAIL SALES MANAGER – WINDHOEK

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
⦁ Efficiently manage sales staff to ensure that the NEO product range sales are maximized.
⦁ Responsible to implement and manage sales strategies to target current and potential retail markets and customers.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
⦁ Achieve sales growth as per targets set by management team for all dealers across Namibia
⦁ Personal interaction with the dealer network across Namibia on a continuous basis.
⦁ Gathering and analysis of sales and market data on an on-going basis
⦁ Managing of ail Retail Sales staff throughout Namibia
⦁ Managing and optimization of retailer inventory across Namibia.
⦁ Managing of n-store tinting facilities.
⦁ Manage monthly sales budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economcs
⦁ Minimum 3 years’ experience m a management role m sales and marketing.
⦁ Excellent inter personal skills with the ability to develop employees and act as a mentor,
⦁ Exposure to the paint / building industry would be an advantage
⦁ Regular travelling to visit countrywide Neo Paints customers and sales staff is an integral part of the responsibilities.
⦁ Ability to work independently
⦁ A proven track record m applying technical, human resources and conceptual skills.
⦁ Strong analytical skiBs with advance level of computet literacy
