OPERATIONS MANAGER – Beautiful Kidz Namibia (BKZ) 451 views

Beautiful Kidz Namibia (BKZ) invites suitable Namibian candidates to apply for the position of
Operations Manager. The person will be accountable for the execution of the BKZ vision / strategy
and oversee and manage the Windhoek centre and staff members. The successful candidate must
be a God-fearing, born-again Christian and uphold servant leadership qualities. The role is
responsible for providing clear direction to staff and set appropriate standards of behaviour and be
results focused with a positive track record of community service. The candidate is required to
effectively communicate and collaborate across cultures and establish good relationships with all
internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate is required to have excellent planning
and organisation skills and extensive experience in a Non-Governmental Organisation at
management level will be an added advantage.

Minimum requirements
• Degree (or equivalent) in Humanities/Management/Administration/HR
• Minimum 5 year’s work experience in a relevant field
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Sage
Pastel experience will be an added advantage)
• An excellent command of English
• Experience in training, childcare and youth work
• Namibian Citizenship or Permanent Resident
• Valid Driver’s License
