Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of all inquiries, including follow up status and resolution
- Maintain a shared calendar and schedule meetings with team members
- Review and update filing
- Office communications via mail, answering phones, walk- ins etc.
- Maintain the office’s physical space by keeping it organized and tidy.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Osona Village Resident
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Grade 12
- Good command of the English language
- Sober Habits
- Honest and reliable
- Customer Orientated
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Work well under pressure
- Must be immediately available
