Post Designation: 1 x HEAD OF PROCUREMENT, GRADE C4
Salary scale: N$ 256,257.35 – N$ 266,609.77
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management NQF level 7, five (5) years relevant experience. Valid Code B driver’s license is compulsory.
Key performance areas:
⦁ Oversee Procurement Unit, contract development & administration
⦁ Create & maintain centralized development programme, development of bids & proposals
⦁ Assist with budget, procurement & expenditure
• Skills and knowledge requirements: Incumbents must be emotionally matured, flexible and service oriented.
• Benefits & Allowances: Transport allowance: N$ 7704.00 p/a
Housing subsidy: 40% of basic salary p/m OR
Housing allowance: 20% of basic salary p/m
• The Council offers an attractive package that includes pension, medical aid and a 13th cheque.
