DESCRIPTION
Komatsu Namibia (Pty) Ltd has an exciting position in our Finance and Admin office in Swakopmund for a strong administrator who will execute secretarial and general office admin with one years work experience.
*Qualifications:*
Grade 12
*Specific Experience:*
-Reception
-Bilingual and verbally proficient
-Telephone/Reception etiquette
-Basic admin experience
-MS office-Intermediate
-Drivers license would be an added advantage
Duty Requirement(s)
-Plans daily routine & breaks
-Receives & welcomes guests, customers & visiting staff
-Checks that reception area is always clean & tidy
-Reports any incidents / deviations / strange situations to leadership
*Switchboard*
-Plans daily routine & breaks
-Provides switchboard operation services
-Monitors and confirms that equipment is fully functional
-Reports on anomalies / mal functioning of equipmentoc
-Assists with work visa applications
-Assists with Omatemba and the vehicle management
-Arranges travel and accomodation
