TRAINEE BRANCH MANAGER – Pupkewitz Megabuild 812 views

• Manage all operational functions including Sales, Marketing, Administration and Industrial Relations of the branc.
• Manage stock levels, shrinkage and all other expenses to acceptable standard.
• Drive initiatives to increase the branch’s Market Share.
• Train and develop staff to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold the Pupkewitz mission of Customer Satisfaction Through Service Excellence.
• Act as Mentor to staff members, through motivating and guiding staff to reach their full potential.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain company policies and procedures throughout all operational activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Namibian Citizen.
• Grade 12.
• Computer literate.
• Bachelor of Commerce Degree (NQF Level 7) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ Management experience in the Building, Retail or FMCG industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English – Native language will be an added advantage.
• Must have a valid Code B Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Kerridge system experience will be a great advantage.
