DIVISION: GENERAL SERVICES
Minimum requirements : A B Degree at NQF L7 plus 9 years appropriate experience. Preference will be given to candidates with Degree in HR Management OR Public Administration /Management OR Accounting and Finance.
DUTIES:
- Provider of advisory support services to the subdivision Human Resources, Finance and Auxiliary Services.
- Ensure the proper implementation of the Divisions
- Responsible of the preparation of the Division budget, implementation and control.
- Develop and producing guidelines on human resources matters in collaboration with the Chief HR including staff training and development.
- Provider of support service to the Division to ensure compliance with prescribed staff and finance rules and standards.
- Supervise the functions of the Human Resources, Finance and Auxiliary Services.
- develop the Strategic Plan of the Division and oversee its implementation.
- Ensure correct interpretation and application of all relevant Acts, Treasury Instructions and Personnel Administration Measures (PAM)
- Promoting good governance developing standards and operational procedures.
- Carry out inspections within the Division ensure compliance with prescribed PSSR, finance, Procurement, Training and Development rules and standards.
- Oversee proper recording of Divisional minutes.
- Curry out any other official duties assigned from time to time.
