This is a full time Executive Management (EXCO) portion on a 5 year contract. The incumbent shall be responsibl^or the planning, control and monitoring of NTB’s marketing and operations in all target markets to ensure the optimum contribution to NTB’s corporate objectives, including the development and management of NTB’s overall marketing strategy, comprised of online, brand and communication strategies, ensuring that appropriate support services are provided to enable the implementation of the marketing strategy internationally, regionally, and domestically.
