Job Specification:

• Cash management;
• Preparing of third party payments;
• Conducting recons on disbursements and receipting and follow up on reconciling items;
• Assisting with the debt collection process;
• Assisting in monthly fund accounting processes;
• Assisting with monthly and quarterly client reporting;
• Compiling of presentations for reporting purposes;
• Minute taking and other secretarial duties;
• Assisting with FIA, KYC and AML;
• Assisting with leasing of properties in the Al space;
• Ensuring compliance of fund to rules and statutes;
• Assisting with internal and external audits;
• Building and maintains external relationships with clients, Namfisa and the Receiver of Revenue; and
• Attending to client and ad-hoc queries timeously.

Minimum Requirements

• Namibian Citizen;
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Accounting);
• Completion of articles or newly qualified Chartered Accountant an added advantage;
• Accounting system experience will be advantageous;
• Computer Literacy and good numeric skills are essential with excellent excel skills;
• Proven ability to meet and exceed tight business and reporting delivery targets on a consistent basis;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to work independently; and
• Excellent communication and organisional skills.
