Salary Scale : N$ 220,828 – N$ 263,911
Housing Allowance : N$13,080 per annum
Transport Allowance : N$7,680 per annum
Minimum Requirement
A B-Degree in Human Resources Management at NQF Level 7.
Additional Requirements
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Human Resources
Management and/or coordinating workplace wellness initiatives.
Key performance areas:
Responsible to carry out general human resource management activities such as
appointments, employee benefit administration, termination of services, debt recovery,
compiling statistics, leave management, etc.
Responsible for drafting a responsive wellness Implementation Plan that addresses
physical, emotional and social wellbeing of staff members and ensure the
implementation as well as coordinating related activities through the wellness
committee.
Compile submissions and letters on human resource management and administration
matters.
Handle grievances, solve problems and resolve conflicts in the work place and attend to
customers professionally.
Conduct recruitment and selection processes according prescribed staff rules,
regulations and procedures.
Handle misconduct, grievance and appeals in accordance with prescribed staff rules,
regulations and procedures.
Implement performance management activities as stated in the performance
agreement and divisional annual plan.
