Bitumen Slurry Foreman/Expert

Responsibilities:

• Supervise an assigned work team performing semi-skilled

□nd unskilled slurry duties.

• Supervise and assigned team filling potholes and repairing road surfaces using high performance /cold patch Bitumen during the winter months

Requirements:

• At least ten (10) years of work experience in the paving and repair of road surfaces using Bitumen material and/or related equipment
• Ability to position self as supervisor and communicate compelling vision to influence others to adopt company and team objectives.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
