Description of Position

A dynamic ccup!e to assist owners with the day to day running of an exclusive Lodge in the Kamanjab area Couple needs to be hard working and eager to learn has a keen interest m all aspects of the hospitality industry and can operate long hours under stressful condition Needs to be able to live on site for extended periods

1. His Duties

• P»ck-up and drop-off of guests
• Entertainment of guests
• Be able to perform all tourist activities provided at the lodge, incl hiking tours, game drives day tnp, etc
• Maintenance and upkeep of establishment, vehicles, and infrastructure
• Communicate and monogo dally instructions to staff
• Work alongside staff tn a respectful manner
• Stock takes and control at month end of bar stock and fuel
• Purchasing of supplies
• Perform general instructions by owner on on efficient basis with a positive attitude
• Development and implementation of cost saving systems
• Will report directly to owners
• Perform and assist in any other related duties as requested by owner

2. Her Duties

• Welcoming and checking in of guests
• Entertainment of guests
• Manage housekeeping Including mam. lodge, client rooms and laundry
• Food and beverage stock takes and control at month end
• Managing stock control
• Stock purchase
• Up keeping of gardens
• Food preparation and menus
• Communicate and manage daily instructions to staff
• Work alongside staff in a respectful manner
• Assist with administration and office duties
• Perform general instructions by owner on an efficient base with a positive attitude
• Development and implementation of cost saving systems
• Will report directly to owners
• Perform and assist in any other related duties as requested by owner
