• Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
• Lead team of organisational development to drive organisational change management through various effective means to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
• Develop and Coordinate training programs that cultivate and enhance company culture.
• Develop and Conduct orientation sessions arrange on the job training.
