CHIEF TECHNOLOGY & INFORMATION OFFICER
(GROUP CTIO)

The Group seeks an experienced Executive to consolidate and lead its various ICT and digitalisation departments and initiatives. The incumbent will ensure that cutting edge technology and information is availed to the management to enhance trading and ensure robust cyber security.

The CTIO will report to the Group Finance Director of the Pupkewitz Holdings Board and sit on the Group Executive Committee.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting objectives and strategies for Information and Technology resources
• Selecting and implementing suitable technology to optimize their strategic benefits
• Direct and organize IT-related projects
• Analyse the costs, value and risks of Information Technology
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Provide advice, research, recommendations, and guidance for emerging technology such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning. Digital Transformation. Data Science and Big Data
• Advise and address on Cyber Security, Privacy, Data Protection, and Regulatory Compliance
• Engage Divisional Executives on scope, strategy, service performance, engagement deliverables, and progress updates on ICT matters.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 10+ years of senior management experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership and communication skills
