Lodge Manager
1x Vacancy in the South of Namibia
RESPOSNIBILITY
A high-performance team-player capable of working under pressure with the ability to identify and focus on priorities
A natural leader with a proven track record of successful safari lodge management in a senior supervisory position
Willing to work in a demanding service environment and able to deliver 24/7 on short-notice requests from guests, staff and management
Professional, resourceful, responsible, smart and independent
An ardent conservationist with a keen understanding of the ethos of bush life.
REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary education, specifically a business qualification
4 – 6 years’ experience in the tourism industry of which mainly served in Lodge management
Business-level fluency in English; conversational fluency in indigenous languages
Financial and administrative skills and experience
Must have a valid code 08 public driver’s license
