* 5 years and more F&B experience

* Working out costings

* Stocktaking

* Menu Planning (special occasions)

* Ordering of Stock

* Outgoing personality

* Managing of Staff

* Leadership skills

* Work shifts, public holidays, Sundays

* Positive attitude and energetic

* Fluent in English & Afrikaans

* German will be advantageous

* Hardworking, honest person

* Must be able to communicate with a broad spectrum of people and at different levels.
