SHOPFLOOR ASSISTANT- EXPRESSMARK ONDANGWA

The purpose of the position to ensure effective planning, maintenance of parameters & procurement of product in order to meet customer service levels within agreed days stock covet.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

• Prompt and effective customer service, as first point of contact
• Shelf Maintenance

>     Maintaining clean and tidy shelves

Assisting in stock rotation

Assisting in stock counts

General housekeeping

• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Adhere to security measures
• Ad hoc and various tasks in line with the scope and duties of this position

The suitable applicant will have:

• A valid Grade 1Q712 (with at least 23 points)
• 1-2 years’ experience in Retail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• High regard for honesty
• Attention to detail
• Be a reliable, accurate and dependable person
• Friendly disposition and excellent communicator
• Ability to work under pressure
• Namibia Citizenship
