Human Resources Manager

Job Purpose:

• To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• To provide expert advice to the business for all HR related requirements.
• To bridge management and employee relations in ensuring a conducive working environment and nurturing a high-performance culture.
• To ensure the implementation of HR policies and processes as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager/ Executive.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Demonstrable experience in key HR process areas (i.e. recruitment, performance management.
• remuneration and benefits administration, industrial relations etc.).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, influencing and interpersonal relationship are essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of local labour markets and employment law regimes or local environment.
• Good understanding of and experience working with HRMIS.
• Should be fluent in English
